Scarecrow from Batman Begins was portrayed by Cillian Murphy. He's a very good, underrated actor in my opinion, and he can be hellishly creepy. I do wish he had more screen time in the movies, because he was sort of a red herring in the movie, and he was mainly used to drive the audience away from the true threat : Ra's Al Ghul and the League of Shadows.
