I've been collecting Knight Models Batman minis - Their 2nd edition miniatures are very good, and reasonably priced too.

 

Unfortunately, I started buying some of their older metal miniatures juuust before they released the 2nd edition miniatures. And their old metal minis had a lot of QC issues - missing parts, miscasts, poorly fitting parts... at this point I'll just be buying the 2nd edition resin minis.

They're a bit larger than the 1 inch LOTR minis - they're about 35 mm scale, I think. Great thing about these minis is that they come in blister packs in a "leader + support" kind of set. For example, Batman comes with 3 Blackgate guards & Joker comes with 3 clown goons. They're also cheaper than the old metal models. Better minis at for less $? yes please! (Games Workshop, are you listening?!)

The minis look to be based off the Arkham games. I do have these games at home, but just haven't gotten around to playing them.

Speaking of games, this is a miniature game after all, but I don't collect these miniatures to play, but it's mostly just to paint them.
